What's the warranty?
5 years, included, covering all parts. Support is U.S.-based, so you're not calling a factory overseas.
Who installs it?
We do. Our technicians fly out from Miami to your site, anywhere in the U.S. The freight ships ahead and the crew meets it at your door.
How fast does it ship?
5 days. Installation is scheduled around your freight arrival and your calendar.
What pixel pitch do I need?
Rule of thumb: the pixel pitch in millimeters is roughly the closest comfortable viewing distance in meters. A P4 reads well from about 4 meters (13 feet) back, which is right for most sanctuaries, lobbies and restaurants. Sit closer than that and you want a finer pitch.

Can I run it myself once it's up?
Yes. We set up the content workflow and train your team before we leave.
What if a panel fails?
Panels are modular and replaced individually, so the wall doesn't come down. Parts are covered for 5 years.
